  My son always gets great care here, we think the world of Lee and it is great that they do Saturday appointments since I work M-F. The only complaint I ever have is that it is sometimes hard to get a hold of anyone when you call in, you usually have to leave a message and wait to get a call back, rarely do you get someone on the phone when you call.

  I've had a great therapist for over a year, finally, after 2 yrs. w/a guy who yawned through every session & was clearly burned out on his job. This is the only reason for my 3 star rating, otherwise I would've given them 1.
  
  To my knowledge, there are only 1 or 2 part-time psychiatrists on staff. Not that the real shrinks would necessarily be any better, but I've only seen nurse practitioners for medication, who don't have time and/or don't care enough to treat patients as individuals. You get 15 min., if you're lucky, once every 30-90 days depending on what meds you're on. This is NOT enough time to talk about mental health symptoms, much less side effects from medication. The providers are rarely on time for appts, with the nurse practitioners being the worst.
  
  It's unfortunate, but there are very few options for treatment when you're on Medicaid. CHBS has a monopoly on mental health care in this area, and they are like an assembly line factory: get 'em in, get 'em out, & hope for the best.
